    • RSS view issues

    A newbie trying to figure all the permutations out here, but in particular I've an RSS issue.

    I'm using 1.7 but following the 1.6 Instructions (p 310). I can add the RSS url to the list of feeds, but if I click on view there's just a long pause, nothing happens.

    Are there any settings I should be aware of to make this work?

    (I've checked the URL in a browser, and it's fine).

    I don't think Tiki works with all type of RSS feeds. I had similar problems in the past. Also keep in mind that Tiki does not support RSS feeds behind a proxy server. Possibly this could explain why the RSS feed does work in your browser as you more than likely have a proxy server defined in your browser settings.
