    I have copied an existing {SF} tag and altered it to point to a new SF tracker item of the same type (e.g., RFE), but the {SF} tag refuses to display anything.

    Check out WikiDev for an example. in the RFE section.

    All I can think of is this is permissions-related.

    {SF} didn't work for anybody on tw.o since monthes. I never heard of it being used at another place neither.
