I’ve been using Tiki 18.0 and 18.1 out of the box and I didn’t see that error.
Reading the error message I guess you are using specific setting and configuration.
Can you please report at https://dev.tiki.org/make+a+wish and create an instance to reproduce.
It will help to understand what is wrong and where.
