    Greetings All--

    Beware--this is a question concerning display ergonomics

    Does anyone know of an easy way to position the User Menu a bit higher on the list of items in the Application Menu? It seems to end up at the bottem of the list and I have a dozen or more users who find it maddening that they must maximally curl their mouse-wielding wrist in order to access this most useful feature-- ( I use the User Menu constantly myself but don't mind a few wrist curls so long as they are spaced out accordingly--I'd hate to overdo things).

    I've examined the menu configuration screen but the User Menu is not configurable at that level. This is not a huge deal but I'm trying to convince everyone at my company to use my Tikiwiki-based intranet as a portal and to that end, I must respond to all requests that will "make it user-friendly".

    Hiya!

    You'll probably want to tweak the mod-application_menu.tpl file. Beaware that some styles dont use the default in templates/modules but there own variation in templates/styles/stylename/modules.

    That should fix things for you at least wink
