I just check on tiki.org running Tiki 18.2 and it is working fine. (someone would have catch such problem since Tiki15 ;) ).
It may be something with you configuration.
I suggest you create a ticket at https://dev.tiki.org/Make-a-wish and create an instance from a clean Tiki to try to reproduce.
