Windows installation problem

hi,
I'm new to tiki I have been following the instructions in 'InstallEasyPHPAndTiki'. Everything is fine up to step 4 where it says:
"point your browser to http://127.0.0.1/mysql"
When I do I get a browser error message:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

----------------------------

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://127.0.0.1/mysql/

The following error was encountered:

Connection Failed
The system returned:

(146) Connection refusedThe remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again

The only deviation from the instructions I am aware of doing is that I have downloaded tiki 1.7.7 not 1.7.5

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
thanks

Obvious one but... - Make sure the apache and mysql are running with easyphp you should have an "E" appear in the task bar. EasyPhP has an admin window which will also show the state of apache and mysql. I have successful managed to installed EasyPhP on Windows NT on several occassions without any problems

I do have EasyPHP running with mySQL and PHP and I do appear to have the alias for mysql in httpd.conf. Thanks for the suggestions though, keep them coming

Sorry for answering that, but you're looking at a EasyPHP problem there, so better move this to EasyPHP forums.
Also advised : reinstall EasyPHP wink
