    Supposing you use a fresh Tiki, this should work on a Wiki Page. (work on Tiki27)

{filter field="tracker_id" content="YOURTRACKERID"}
{filter type="trackeritem"}
{filter field="tracker_field_pagename" exact=""}
{LIST}


    You could use only one filter, the pagename filter, but I prefer to keep things clean. 😉
