    I am looking to change the current wiki edit options (edit, history comments) from spans to li elements and enclose them in uls so they are more accessible and easier to do fun things with.

    Which files would I need to alter to achieve this? Is this an easy job (My PHP skills are really limited.

    Grep can be your friend at times!

    depending on your tiki version and current theme, depends on their locations. So search with grep. If your a binbows user Click Start->Search->All files and folders and you can even get windows to search in files.
