    I want to get rid of the standard menu on the front page for Anonymous users. I'm using Tiki 1.7.7, and I had thought that it would be enough to assign Application_menu to "Registered" group to have it disappear when not logged in - but this is not the case. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

    Assign the permissions you want in Admin Modules (not Admin Menus)

    Remember to turn off on admin->genenral the show all modules to all users checkbox
