Co-Admins and links in Wiki

Hi,
My first question relates to how I can make others have nearly the same permissions as an admin? Can I setup a user group called co-admin and then give permissions for that group or persons that are the same or close to the same as an admin? Is there one page where this is setup for that user group which will determine permissions for the rest of the site?

Next question... If I have on my wiki a link to an outside web site, how do I include it as a page within my tikiwike, perhaps in the wiki section? For example one site I saw had used frames and so it just pulled in live copies of other sites. That is pretty cool. I used to not use frames in web sites by now I see the value of that.
Relatedly, how do I add a link to another page in my site (my tikiwiki)? For example a link directly to my photoalbum on within the gallery section.... How do I do that?
Thanks,
Bruce

go into admin->groups to set new groups and permissions for group.

To use framed web pages use admin->featured links and use the framed option.

Ok, thanks. When I select the Links option from the Admin menu, which is what appears (confused me at first as I was looking for a differrent object called Featured Links, but Links is what brought up Featured links), It asks for position with 1 being default. Is there some kind of numbering system that puts content in different areas on the screen depending on what one selects for the location/position? My guess is that 1 is for the main area in the middle, but I could be wrong.
thanks,
Bruce

My home page is the wiki. It is quite bare in the middle. Could I take some content area, on my tikiwiki site and have it appear in that frame there? I've figured out how to do links. Well, for me it works when I use html syntax. For some reason the wiki way of displaying a link doesn't work for me, despite their incredible simplicity. Perhaps I'm a bit ignorant on this issue.😡
But instead of a link to say my photo gallery on my site that shows up on the wiki home page, how would I actually include such content onto the home page content area, or main frame? as in this middle frame?
Plus the documentation just says featured links are a way to include a link. OK, but what about the framed option and the placement/location #? I forget if it was called location or placement. The default was 1. Does that mean frame 1, and if so on what page?
Still a bit confused. 🙁
thanks in advance for any help,
Bruce
