Following flash movies show visually some of the Administration settings. These are only to augment the written documention but not replace it. Make sure your browser has the flash plug-in and that your screen resolution is atleast 1024x768.

What trackers are in my view: Trackers basically enable you to create forms that your users can fill in. I visualize a tracker as a table, columns being the 'fields' and records/rows of the table being 'tracker items'.
Steps I followed for this video:
After enabling 'Trackers' feature,
1) Create.
Tracker name: User to User Support system
Tracker descr:
Registered members of the site can write support tickets to get helped by admin & other regd members
Anon -> view only
Regd -> view, comment, attach, create tracker items
Tracker Editors -> can modify tracker items
Tracker fields: Name, e-mail, Subject, Message (acts as the column link to view/edit), Priority, How do you rate this site (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)
2) Create a group named 'Tracker editors' w/ descr: "has the permission to edit tracker items" & include 'Registered'
3) Create user named 'tracker_ed' and put him in the above group
The same permission set can be set by simply changing tiki_p_comment_tracker_items for basic level to regd. level + disabling tiki_p_modify_tracker_items for regd. I know a much simpler way, but then I just wanted to give you all a dose of permissions 😉
I grabbed those files on tw.o server and made a custom page for displaying them : /tiki-listmovies.php Note that the above urls are hosted in the USA on siridhar's server, and tw.o is hosted in Paris, France, so depending on your location choose the one closest to you (movies are more than ~1Mo).
