Well, procedure is:
1. backup of actual pgm and db (1.8.3)
2. install of 1.9 with upgrading of the db
3. backup of db (1.8.3 upgraded)
4. re-installation of 1.9 with db creation from scratch
5. replace of all db (1.8.3 upgraded) with the exception of tiki_preferences

Now Tiki 1.9 is working.

The problem concerns tiki_preferences table, but I don' know what is the problem.
