    • Tracker Item List Table Link Errors - Please Read

    Hi,

    When i click on a tracker that i have set up on my tiki site i am redirected to that trackers page, this page allows me to insert a new tracker ITEM, Filter Tracker items which i can view, and on the bottom of the page there is a table which is a list of all the TRACKER ITEMS. The problem lies in this table. At the top of each column on this table there is a link, this link is basically the column name. I dont know where the column name is suppose to link to but when i click each link i get the following error:

    Warning: mysql error: Unknown column '' in 'order clause' in query:
    select * from `tiki_tracker_items` where `trackerId`=? order by `` desc
    in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\tiki\lib\tikidblib.php on line 133

    Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\tiki\lib\tikidblib.php on line 151

    Can anybody please help me with a Fix to this problem and tell me why its happening

    I can't solve the problem, but I can explain

    When you click on the field name, the lines are displayed in the order of the field values (one click for asc, another one for descendant)
    What is wrong is that "sort_mode= desc", the space before desc shouldn't be there. You should have something like f_12_asc, where 12 is the id of the field. At least it is was I have on a 1.9 CVS.
    Which tiki release do you use?

    I dont fully understand what you mean when you say i should have somthing like f_12_asc? Should this be in the link instead of desc??

    I am running version 1.8.5

    I wonder how i can get rid of this space before desc??? In the SQL code Maybe?? What do you think?

    Can you provide an external link to your trackers or is this confident? I'm trying to figure out how to use link item and list items but haven't been very successful yet. Maybe a look at a tracker with one of these features helps me.

    Hello,

    Im sorry but i cant provide a link to my tracker as my wiki site is only for use in my office LAN and it is being hosted on my PC, i would not be able to provise you with a link to it, sorry bout that....

    It is bug that has been corrected in 1.9 ...
    Need some time to backport ....
    Do you really need to sort on the field value? if no change the template not to have a link on the column name.

    I dont need to sort on the field order so i tried to change the template not to have a link on the column name but i wasnt successful! Could you explain how i do it or at least which hrefs in which template i need to remove????

    Thanks very much silvie i manged to take out the hrefs out of the tiki-view_tracker.tpl template..

    Advise was very much appreciated...
