Tracker permissions seem to be lacking
Hi
I'm new to Tiki but it seems that in the Tracker options, if a user does not have viewing permissions but does have creation permissions, the user still cannot add an entry.
I've made a small change to tiki-view_tracker.php which made things usable though not perfect.
