    • Modifying Permissions To Basic,Editors and Admins

    Hello,

    Can the permissions assigned to the Basic, Editors and Admins group be modified?? I saw that the gropus for Annoymous and Registered is listed in the Admins Group page but cannot seems to be able to find the Basic, Editors and Admins group. It does not seems obvious where I can find it.....Anybody can point me to the correct direction??

    Click the Permissions link (the yellow key) for each group, on the Admin/Groups page. The address will have an ending like tiki-assignpermission.php?group=Editors.

    Gary, I can find the Permissions link. The only problem is I am not able to find the Editors or Basic group in the "List of Existing Groups" page?? I don't seems to recall see these groups when I first start using the system. rolleyes

    Is there another way to access the groups??

    To my knowledge, `admin`, `basic`, `editors`, and `registered` are not group but instead these are LEVELS, which are built-in to the tikiwiki and could not be altered. What you've seen in the group list (Annoymous and Registered) were kind of name similarities and there is no logical relation between them.
