Thanks, Sylvie. This works for most listings except for wiki comments.

Just remembered and re-discovered that this can be set in Admin>Wiki.

The problem remains though for this situation:

"...the default is 10. When the number of comments exceed 10, users could only see e.g., "13 comments" but only 10 comments on the page and there's no "Next Page" link at the bottom of the page."
