windows-iis-php probs
Greetings,
I am trying to get tiki 1.9.2 running on a windows xp pro sp2 machine using php 4.4.1 and mysql 4.1.9-nt. (I am using IIS as the web server.)
I have followed the instructions at http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Install19onIIS&bl
with the exception of creating the virtual directory
When I try to load the tiki-install.php I receive:

Tiki Installer cannot proceed:
The directory 'c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/img/trackers/' does not exist.
The directory 'c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/temp/cache/' does not exist.
****************************************************************
I have created the temp/cache directory but still get the message that it doesn't exist.
I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong.
