Google Adsense Posted by thunder88 25 Oct 2006 06:40 UTC Where would you put the Google Adsense code to have it showin the footer of every page? Also, where would you put the Google Analytics code to track every page?
Posted by Rick Sapir / Tiki for Smarties 25 Oct 2006 10:35 UTC You can put both in FOOTER.TPL template. HTH, -Rick > Where would you put the Google Adsense code to have it showin the footer of every page? > Also, where would you put the Google Analytics code to track every page?

Posted by eSeL 26 Mar 2007 19:15 UTC i just noticed that "Bottom Bar" needs to be activated in /tiki-admin.php?page=features otherwise no google-stats, of course.
Posted by Gary Cunningham-Lee 27 Mar 2007 00:48 UTC Actually, in Tiki's highly segmented arrangement of templates, for most themes footer.tpl is only a few lines that have some code for debugging and provide the ending body and html tags. tiki-bot_bar.tpl, which displays the page-bottom icons and so on and can be turned on or off, is a separate file. If the Google Analytics code is put in footer.tpl, it'll be used whether the bottom bar is activated or not. (The simple.css theme and some new themes integrate the footer.tpl lines into tiki.tpl, so it's a good idea to double-check this depending on what theme you use.) -- Gary

FYI This is true of the Andres09 theme as I have just been trying to work out why it hasn't been working for the last half hour! 👻
