    Hello,

    we have just upgraded to 1.9.6 and the admin account cant see to access EDIT TEMPLATES and RSS MODULES.

    You do not have permission to use this feature

    Does this mean that there is something wrong in the instalation or have I forgotton to turn something on somewhere.

    Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
