How to reset authentication method in Tiki 1.10beta1?

I recently upgraded a development Tiki from 1.9.9 to 1.10beta1. As a further experiment I was trying to get this Tiki to authenticate off of an active directory server.

I had 'use Tiki for admin auth' checked but now the Tiki site just keeps trying to auth off of the AD server and won't let me log in as admin. Effectively I am locked out of the site.

I've submitted this as a possible bug in 1.10beta1 but my question here is - how can I reset the Tiki from outside - ie. by manipulating the database directly and reset it back to just Tiki auth?

From some other posts where people couldn't log back in as admin after changing settings it was suggested to look at the table tiki_preferences and record auth_method - changing it's value to 'tiki'. The database structure seems to have changed and this doesn't work for 1.10beta1. There is a record auth_method that is currently set to 'auth' - changing that to 'tiki' didn't work for me. There is also a record auth_type which was set to 'LDAP' in my case. I tried changing that to 'tiki' but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
