User cannot post images

I have a strange problem:

I have a single user who cannot post images. If he logs on on my machine, using the same browser as me, with me doing the exact same steps I do to upload an image, no image is uploaded.

If I log in, to the same page, I can upload an image. I looked in permissions for any reason, but no luck.

Anybody got any idea what's wrong?

it still must be a permission issue, where you need to grant to right to the user to upload. It depends a bit where you are uploading to: to a wiki page, to an image gallery or to a file gallery.
In general, follow the following steps:
- add the user to a group with others with the same permissions (or with only one user)
- set the general permissions of the group (eg upload files to a file category, or attach files to a wiki page) - but it is not yet specified here for which wiki pages, file categories etc this permission is set - just what they can do IF granted permission to do things at all for an item
- set the 'category' of the item (page, file gallery etc belongs to) for which the user gets access
- in the permissions of the category, set which group can do what with the items with that category (just view or also edit).

So this 'connects' from to sides:
- users belong to groups with certain rights
- pages/file galleries etc each belong to one or more categories
- the permissions of the categories connect to which groups can view or edit them (with the details on how exactly set in the group permission.

This sounds a bit complex - but is really flexible and bullet proof.
In general it is best to not mess with the individual permissions of a page (which overrules the above system)
