Features / Usability

Is there a feature available to turn my Tiki based site into a digg like site with full features? I used pligg and hotaruCMS. But planning to use tiki script for more usability.

Is there a possibility to use it as an alternative to Pligg when considering to create full fledged Bookmarking site?

Googled about the ability to do so with tiki. But have not find much information

Thanks
