    No... you need to put the module parameter when you assign the module — not in the module content. Add the notitle=y to the Parameters field when you're assigning the module. See my primerQuestion (slightly out-of-date, but still useful) for more details.

    Alternatively, you could simply remove the Title from the custom module (although it could be used in other places, I'm not familiar with the Random Header Images profile.
