    • Drawings/live help in 1.8?

    Hi - Do drawings currenty work in 1.8? I checked permissions, but all i get is a java popup box with a grey box inside...I'm assuming an applet that isn't downloading. Anyone have it working, and know of any special configurations steps needed to make it work?

    Also, anyone have live help working with 1.8? It's very flaky for me, but I'm wondering if that's because I'm testing both sides of the connection from one computer.

    Hi sam,

    The Live Support seems to work good here. Try with 2 users on 2 different browsers and it should work on the same computer.

    Using the same computer with the same browser and certainly the same user will cause problems
