Yes, I do, I'm afraid. Mind you, I've just started using tikiwiki. I have only created 1 single page this far, to use it as my home page instead of the default one. Just to make it clear, I did create it though, ie. I did not re-edit the default one - if this makes any difference 
To get the 3rd toolbar visible was the problem from the start - you should see my previous post related to that and numerous posts from people trying to help me out. Even after getting all of the right boxes ticked in various places I still couldn't get that to work; until it popped out on its own and NOT as a result of any deliberate action. After that, again by accident, I came across the procedure you can see recorded in my vclip.
I'm not complaining. I can work with this. Just thought to share so perhaps others who may come across this issue can try the same little tricks.
