originally when I first installed, I had blank pages. I figured out that PEAR wasn't the cause because PEAR tested fine. tiki would work for the first few minutes and then stop working. Then I would see blank pages. The cause for this was Resource Limits for the mysql database user. I removed those limits and tiki works fine now
