There are too many pages that already have a table of contents on them already to manually remove them all at this point. So I turned the Wiki auto-toc feature off, otherwise there are duplicated table of contents on a lot of pages. Overall, in the event that a page lacks a table of contents right now, it better to have no table of contents than duplicated ones.
