Since I saw some report that show2.t.o might have fallen down again ( https://dev.tiki.org/item7387-Structure-Page-not-displayed-properly - thanks jonny for replies to that guy), I logged in the server to see what could be going on. And Just in case, I updated the server packages (some security packages needed an update anyway) with apt update & apt upgrade, and a new server reboot just in case.
Since the issue at that bug report seemed to be happening still, I kept digging a little bit, and I posted my findings as comments there:

It seems the show2.t.o is created for you (after looking at the show2.t.o server), but as user-11990 instead of as your username which seems to be david@ndu
Maybe the issue is with usernames with the character @ in it? (and maybe with underscores and dots similar issue might be happening..., just an educated guess... maybe we should look at how those instances are created and improve the code somehow so that tiki is also able to fetch those instances which are apparently created even if linked to a different username at the server?) By "we" I mean @jonnyb / @Jonny Bradley @Jean-Marc Libs and @Xavi (as xavidp - admin)
David, in the mean time, if you need to create show2.t.o instances, I guess you could register with a username without special characters (@ _ . at least). Or wait for a few days to see if we are able to find a solution during this weekends virtual tiki fest: https://tiki.org/TikiFestVirtual2020
