Someone added some rules to https://dev.tiki.org/tracker5 but there were a few issues with them.
Note that Tracker Field Rules (so far) work on the create/edit tracker item form, not the item view page (as you can customise that a lot in other ways).
Also, the rules on the version field weren't working for a couple of reasons, one is the contains and doesn't contain rules work on the category id, not the value (sorry about that), so i edited them to reflect that, but then discovered a bug where the show.tiki.org tracker field doesn't work because it's not a real input field, and anyway, that gets used on the item view page, not while editing, so not really ready for that.
Finally there was a rule on the rating field, which again doesn't get edited but works on people voting on the view item page.
So i'm afraid that rules so far (in Tiki 21) don't do what was expected by whoever added them there (but thanks for trying!)
