Sticky Allow HTML

Is it possible to make the "allow HTML" sticky? When a page is edited, Allow HTML is reset each time in my setup, so users are annoyed that all their editing seems to have gone.

Dieter Menne

To complement my question: I would prefer to avoid HTML totally, but how to make subscripts and superscripts in TikiWiki? ~~ does not worn and the subscript module has an ugly syntax and no superscripts.

Dieter

Write a better wiki-plugin, if you look at the existing one for a syntax and code template in lib/wiki-plugins they are easy to complete to more your liking.

To code some symbols to work as super and sub script you'll need to modify regexp's in tikilib.php, that is much more work.

If you need help with wiki-plugin writing, contact me I have services available.

p.s. Allowing groups of people to edit HTML code in wiki pages is asking for your tiki to be hacked. HTML in wiki pages is not secure, and it is possible to gain control of your site.

That's why I would prefer to use Wiki syntax. We are looking into several Wikis to be used as a collaboration tool to write scienctific papers, where super/sup are essential.

Challenge taken.
I hope simplebox is not broken now.
