    • Page Footer not Consistent

    I have a 1.9.0 Tikiwiki site up and I'm getting in consistent behavior from the BabelFish module and the table row that it appears in on the page.

    If I go to view a page via the articles path or display any page with out page or article content I get a footer that includes the RSS and BabelFish links in it.

    However, display a page with content and the footer disappears.

    So far is annoying... but I would like it to be consistent.

    Anyone seen this and know what I can do to fix the the problem or if there is a problem only in my expectations?
