    I'm a new user of Ver 2.4I & have made changes to the Wysiwyg settings & saved but nothing seems to change when in edit mode ?
    Do I need to install something else ?

    nope. Just enable click on the button "wysiwyg editor", that you'll see on the top of the wiki page when editing, in case y ou have enabled the wywisyg feature in "Admin > Features".
    Ensure that you have read the Documentation about Wysiwyg Editor
