    I have comment enabled but there is no comment button at the end of the article. IT only shows up there if I am logged in as admin. IT does not show up there when I am logged in as a user. Also the comment button on articles list isnt working properly either bringing me to the article but not showing the comment section.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Does your Registered group have tiki_p_read_comments permission?

    About your second problem, I don't see what button or list you mean. Can you give the url for the page (not necessarily the domain, but just the "tiki-..." part)?

    On tiki-assignpermission.php?group=Registered. Or you could set it for Anonymous, in which case Registered would inherit it.
