    I installed 1.8rc3+ and tried the web help against a wiki page - seems you can write an explanatory page that gets linked in.

    It crashed and burned, so I did not get to try it out, but, can someone explain what it is supposed to do?

    Are you referring to the little ? that appear next to titles in the Admin screens? If so, this page: HelpSystemFutureConcept might help you out.
