    The http://doc.tiki.org/Tiki6 page says

    "Note:If you are planning to Upgrade from a Tiki version earlier than Tiki5.1, or you have never fixed the potential encoding issue in your database, please follow these 3 steps once:
    http://doc.tiki.org/Upgrade#Fix_the_encoding_issue"

    I upgraded from 5.0 to 6.0 and have a database issue, so I figure I need to do this. The initial install and the upgrade were done using Simple Scripts. Are there any modifications to the instructions on the http://doc.tiki.org/Upgrade#Fix_the_encoding_issue page that I need to do or can do since I used Simple Scripts?

    Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

    I don't know since I don't use Simple Scripts.

    Can you try on a backup and report back?
