    • is this a bug? upload files error

    if the filename is not in english and the filename is long,tiki will got an error.
    for example,this file named "02.???????.mp3" will get an error as following:

    Warning: move_uploaded_file(temp/02.???????.mp3): failed to open stream: Invalid argument in c:\easyphp1-7\www\tikiwiki\tiki-upload_file.php on line 128

    Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move 'c:\EasyPHP1-7\tmp\php163.tmp' to 'temp/02.???????.mp3' in c:\easyphp1-7\www\tikiwiki\tiki-upload_file.php on line 128


    if the filename is in english,however long the filename is tiki will be wll.

    may be a bug?

    you can try this file which is in attachment.

    and tiki will encounter the error I suggested.

    Its possible that the filesystem cannot handle those non-english characters.
