    Deleted File Gallery folder by mistake when I was sorting stuff? Not sure
    Get Error "Gallery ID 55 not found "
    Can I restore the Deleted File Gallery folder? or
    Can i create a new File Gallery folder with ID - 55
    Please advise on how to sort the problem

    No, sorry. Would be nice to have a recycling bin for deletions, but so far, it's direct.

    Not through the web interface, as Tiki will just increment the IDs. You would have to manually create in the database, using a tool like https://github.com/adminneo-org/adminneo or https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin
