Toolbars missing (on wiki pages)
Anyone notice after an upgrade to 21.12 that 'Toolbars' are missing on newly created wiki pages? (cleared cache, re-indexed several times)
when I try to use markdown (insert manually, e.g. bold), after the save it reverts to html.
Toolbars are there on existing pages, edits work (toolbar does not disappear).
