History: UserCalendar

The calendar can be used at user level to enter events for any date. Events can be viewed in daily or weekly views or as a list. Reminders can be used to notify the user about an event some time before it starts. The Tiki calendar can be imported and exported from CSV text files.

1. Users need to be able to set their own timezone and the calendar needs to convert from UTC date and time (which is stored in the database) to the user's timezone. Currently, if a server is remote, i.e., hosted, the calendar is pretty unusable.
2. Each item in the calendar needs a separate reminder
3. Current reminders only go as far backward as 15 minutes. Need to go as far as 1 day
4. Need the concept of repeating calendar items. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly would be fine for me.
