FrancoisBachmann: could well be, have you got Dreamweaver? You can use this or if you have access to the root folders then look in the styles folder and go to the stylesheet you want to edit.

trying to enable Admins to edit a CSS - I've checked the Feature and authorised, tiki_p_create_css , but still getting "You dont have permission to write the style sheet" message. What did I forget ?

al123: no, they are not functionally different, but they are modified to fit the particular theme/style. Under a particular theme, Tiki uses the tpl files in the style galleries over the ones in the template directory.

They are not supposed to be functionally diffenent. Some of the UI elements, like button, are moved around.
