You cannot use Tiki's wiki link syntax ((pagename)) to link to an article.
Instead you have to construct the link as an external link, using the article's ID. For example:
[tiki-read_article.php?articleId=163] will produce:
tiki-read_article.php?articleId=163
If you are using Tiki's default .htaccess (see the docs, here), you can construct the link even easier, as:
[article163] will produce
article163
