Re: admin validation email setup and configured but not working properly!
Have you checked your mail logs? Is an email being sent? Did the user provide a valid address?
To test, try turning off the "needs admin validation" option in the Admin: Login page. Then try to register as a new user. Do you receive the registration email from Tiki?
I'm not sure what your issue is. I can determinately say that the validation process works for me on my 2.x and 3.x installations.
