    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for the reply. This is a bit embarrasing, but I upgraded from 4.2 to 12.11 (my upgrade experiences had always been bad so I put it off for too long). Then I upgraded to 16.2.

    The upgrade to 12 seemed to go OK. I upgraded again after a couple of days of checking out if everything was working on the site.

    No, I have not tried changing passwords on any of the admin accounts yet. I have seen different versions of how to do this depending on what tikiwiki version is used. So have been cautious until I know what the correct way.
