    is it somehow possible to print the categories to the left-menu (so I can use it as navigation, for example) ?

    I don't think there's any way to do that with Tiki's standard features. Sounds like a job for a custom user module, or a new module (php/tpl files) for Tiki. The idea makes a lot of sense; I use categories as a kind of site map, but have to do menus separately. It'd be great if a menu could just import the category tree.

    Yes, I could make a module to do this. What would you like it to display when you click on a Category? All of the items in that category? And where do you want the results to display?

    OK,

    I've got a new Categories module over on http://TikiMODS.comQuestion. I also modified the tiki-browse_categories.tpl and tiki-browse_categories.php and removed the category tree in that template because I put it in the new module instead.
